Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Please note: During high volume periods (such as sales or holidays), processing times may be slightly delayed.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Domestic & International Shipping
We ship to most locations in the United States and select international countries. If your country is not listed at checkout, please contact us at info.jmaries@gmail.com to see if we can accommodate your location.

Note for international customers: Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility.

Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking details to update.

Lost or Damaged Packages
We are not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim. Keep all packaging materials and damaged items for your claim.
